The driver portal collects the information you choose to provide to Emanuil Express LLC for recruiting review.

What the portal stores

Your account name, sign-in email, securely hashed password, session records, employment stage and account status, contact information, driving and work history, application status, review messages, notices you submit, and documents you or authorized company staff upload. Progress is stored when you select Save draft, continue to another step, or upload documents.

How it is used

Emanuil Express uses submitted information to review your application, request missing paperwork, and contact you about driving opportunities. A submission does not initiate a background check or replace a separate authorization that may be needed later.

Who has access

You can access your application through your signed-in account. Authorized recruiting staff can review applications and documents. Application records and files are stored using the website’s hosted database and private file storage. Files are served only after the portal checks access permissions.

Upload only recruiting documents

Use PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP files. Do not upload Social Security cards, bank account details, passwords, or unrelated medical records. A medical examiner’s certificate is different from a full medical examination report.

Corrections & removal requests

You can edit a draft or an application returned for more information. Contact info@emanuilexpress.com to request a correction or deletion of other submitted information. The recruiting team will confirm the request and any records it needs to retain.

Sign-in & website use

Driver accounts use email and password sign-in. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. The portal uses an authentication cookie, and signed-in sessions expire after 12 hours. Authorized company staff use a separate protected recruiting login. Emanuil Express can keep an account active or deactivate access, including after employment ends; deactivation preserves the company’s records. This website does not include advertising trackers.
